Terms and conditions

  • Course fee includes: course participation, course support, lunch and 2 coffee breaks. Fly-in and accommodation are the students’ responsibility.

  • Any fees/prices quoted are in Euro and do not include VAT or any other taxes.

    Booking

  • Booking is done by filling in the online form on our site, or downloaded from our website, filled in accordingly and sent back to us scanned by email or by fax to ALERON’ helpdesk. The booking is final only when confirmed by email by Aleron.

  • Every booking is considered as final and will be handled within the next 2 working days.

  • Number of course seats is limited and the "first come first served principle" will be applied.

Should the Trainee be unable to attend a Course he is subscribed to, then the Customer has to inform Aleron Training Center as soon as possible. All cancellations must be done in writing by fax or email.

How to pay

  • The students who have booked a course will get an invoice (scanned by email or by fax) from Aleron in 9-10 days before course start date. The original invoice will be handed to the student in the first day of the course.

  • Payment is due ultimately 7 working days before the Monday of the week in which the Course starts. If the Customer registers for a Course less than 7 working days before the Monday of the week in which the Course starts, the Trainee has to pay upon arrival or adequately prove that payment has been initiated before the start of the Course.

    Cancellation
  • Cancellation is free of charge until 10 working days before the Monday of the week in which the Course starts.

  • For cancellation between 10 and 5 days before course start we invoice 50% of the course fee and return the rest to the customer.

  • For cancellation less than 5 days before course start the full price of the Course will be invoiced to the Customer.

  • The absence of a Trainee at a Course cannot be considered as a reason for the non payment of the Course price.

  • If Aleron has to cancel a Course the Course participants will be informed individually as soon as possible.

  • In case of too low enrolment, Aleron can cancel a Course. In this case, Aleron will inform the Customer via e-mail about 11-10 calendar days before the Course starts. Aleron will try to offer a suitable alternative date or Course. If no suitable alternative date or Course can be found, Aleron will return the fee if already paid in no more than 5 working days. No claims for compensation can be accepted other than the refund of the Course price.

  • If the Course is already fully booked, SAP Education will inform the Customer via e-mail.

  • Aleron has the right to postpone or cancel any service due to unforeseen circumstances.

    Accommodation

  • Upon request we can provide accommodation at one of our hotels with whom we have special discounts.

  • Please contact help-desk in due time, preferably at least 10 days before course start date, if you need our support.

    Others
  • The Customer shall ensure that all Trainees fulfil the Course prerequisites as specified on ALERON’ site or on SAP.com site. Aleron recommends the Customer checking the Course description on the website to make sure that the Trainee meets the prerequisites. If a trainee does not fill the pre-requisite no refunds shall be paid to the Customer in such circumstances.
  • Aleron reserves the right to exclude a Trainee from attending any Course due to disorderly conduct or failure to observe the course’s rules of participation. No refunds shall be paid to the Customer in such circumstances.
  • The Trainee should always fill in the evaluation form at the end of a Course.
  • Aleron will sign with each client a standard contract of training services, as per requested by the local law.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

  • All rights reserved. Neither the Course material of any Course nor any part of it may be copied or reproduced in any form or by any means, nor translated into another language, without prior written consent of Aleron Training Center.
  • No other organization may use Aleron Training Center material or any part of this material during any form of training Course, seminar, workshop or any other type of education or presentation organized without prior written consent of Aleron Training Center and without paying any license fee.
